Movie Name? Man, Black Nail, Girl Driving Car Under Truck, Coin, Bed, Basement?

Hi! I remember I saw a movie around 22 years ago, it must be a 80's or
90's movie. There was a man with a black nail, a girl whose father was
dead, and she went to her fathers house, and at some moment a coin
falls under the bed to the floor (in the father's room) and opens a
door into a basement (the basement was under the room). Then i
remember the girl driving on the desert and driving under a truck with
a sport car. Finally remember a guy fighting to dead agains a blonde
girl. The man was the brother of the girl driving the car (the same
girl that discovers the basement under the bed of her father). The
blonde girl was the girlfriend of this man. (Their were in love but
they were obliged to fight to death any way). As you see i can
remember only flashes and some details but the image in my mind y very
blurry.
